2008 GSR Annual Picnic

We're holding our annual picnic for our rescued German shepherds and their canine and human families from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, at Lincolnwood Training Club for German Shepherds in Glenview, IL (map)

Special attractions this year:

• Our fourth Rescue Dog Parade
  Please bring your information to read when you are in the Parade- Include the dog's name when rescued, current name, date of adoption, brief story and your name.
• Selection of the Royal Court
  Don't forget to nominate your German shepherd alumnus for a fun fundraiser. Bring a photo attached to a coffee can for your entry. Bring quarters, too, to "vote" for our Royal Court and raise money for German Shepherd Rescue. We don't mind if you start collecting votes early!

An RSVP is required if you want to attend the picnic. We need to know the name of the dogs and the number of people attending. If you would like to bring a side dish or a dessert, let Marianne know when you RSVP by sending an email to gsrescue1@comcast.net or by leaving a message at 847/677-0561.
