Black Bear is a gorgeous, good looking, two year old, solid black, male German shepherd who has been basically left outdoors with his sister. He has been a sick puppy, an escape artist and hit by a car. He has had very little medical care and maybe lacking some social skills. He will be fostered in a special needs home to receive the special training he needs.
